Tips

* Say goodbye
Time for autumn cleaning! Clean your house and throw away what has become worthless or sell it if it is still of value.
Start by releasing emotions or habits that are no longer meaningful. Letting go makes room for something new. Give yourself some time, because the excavation of gold from the earth is not possible in one day.

 

* Let you massage
Shiatsu therapy can help to reduce the symptoms caused by an imbalance in the metal element. Take breathing exercises. Think of Qi Gong or yoga or do the meridian stretching alongside to set the energy in the Metal element in motion. The ideal time for breathing exercises is, according to the Chinese organ clock, between 5:00 and 7:00, which is the time of the Large Intestine.
