Banana Bread pancakes because my bro Jahfaar Zeefal said let’s have some talks. And I said pancakes? He said yeah duh and I was like so no more fam I gots you. A while ago I had a client who works @tonychocolony’s and he brought me some chocolate. So I was dreaming about a recipe. So I made this awesome recipe! Pancakes for lunch breakfast and in between. The are easy to make, so if you wanna make this awesomeness let me know how awesome it was!

 

Ingredients 

1 very ripe banana and for garnish is up to yourself
3/4 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 cup all-purpose flour or spelt flour what you like
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon almond flour
1/4 cup chocolate chunks or chocolate chips I used @tonychocolony

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, mash the banana peel it before you do. Then add the plant-based milk, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Whisk it or throw it in a blender/nutri bullet or whatevs
  2. Add the flour, baking powder, and almond flour to the wet ingredients. Whisk until incorporated. Throw in the chocolate chunks.
  3. You can Spray a flat pan or griddle with oil. But I did it without. Heat it up to medium to low heat. Add an ice cream scoop or small ladle of pancake batter. Let it cook until the middle becomes bubbly and the corners set, then flip with a spatula. Let it cook on the other side until done. Repeat for all the pancakes. You should be able to get 5-6 pancakes out of the batter.
  4. Stack the pancakes, top with whatever you feel like this is going to make me so much healthier (or not) and of course maple syrup is the finishing touch and sprinkle with what you have at home and don’t forget to Enjoy
