Scrambled Tofu on Avocado

Did you know that the Aztec word for Avocado means “testicle tree” (???) and avocado’s are one of the world’s healthiest food. They are rich in omega 3, fatty acid, fiber and contains vitamins and minerals, such as B-vitamins, vitamin K, potassium, copper, vitamin E and vitamin C.
Perfect to maintain a healthy lifestyle so I mixed it up and made Scrambled Tofu on avocado with mushrooms and spinach for breakfast, lunch or in between. A different variation on your uurday meal! It’s easy to make the scrambled tofu just break it down into small pieces! Add your favorite spices and herbs or broth. And last but not least throw in your choice of vegetables! And voila only thing to do is throw it on a avocado ? and you’re good to enjoy this meal.
