CrossFit is a training method where weightlifting, athletics, and gymnastics come together. Functional, high-intensity workouts with a large variety of exercises are what CrossFit stands for.

Our classes consist of a warm-up, technical practice so you can learn to perform the movements correctly and a WOD (Workout Of the Day) that can last anywhere between 10 and 20 minutes. To add a competition element the results of the WOD will be displayed on a whiteboard!

During the training, we make use of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes and pull up bars. The exercises consist mainly of natural movement patterns such as pushing, pull(ups), clean & jerk, throwing, lifting, jumping, climbing and running. CrossFit’s main goals are to move functionally and obtain optimal physical health
