Old-school strength training. Iron; dumbbells, barbells, benches, squat-racks, the list goes on! Little explanation is needed. In contrast to our other disciplines, few group classes are offered. However, you can individually workout from 7.00-23.00 every single day.
Since we want our members to learn new things we do offer a number of group classes such as weightlifting, powerlifting and circuit-training. Next, to those, we also offer strength training classes especially for woman: Sterkher (StrongHer). All of our coaches within the fitness can be booked as Personal Trainer for extra personal guidance.
