My name is Patrick O’Donnell. Personal trainer, Medical Student and Rugby player.
As a sport fanatic I’ve always been interested in how the human body performs. I feel lucky to be able to incorporate this passion in to my work, my sport and my academic career.
As personal trainer I’ve specialised towards individuals who have a history of medical problems, injuries and/or pains. I believe in addressing any imbalances in the body before moving on to increase training intensity.
To help achieve your goals you may need to improve or add new habits. I feel the best way to do this is to gradually introduce habits. This will not only make for an easier start but is also a great predictor for longterm integration of those habits.
