At the Vondelgym you can attend running classes on a daily basis. With trainers Klaas, Roos, Jermain, Niels, and D’Angelo you’ll increase your endurance, speed and strength. They will be more than happy to help you reach your running goals. Whether it’s a 10km run or a full-on marathon they will guide you towards your goal. But don’t be afraid if you are new to running, also then we’ll be happy to have you on board!

Our classes take place in The Vondelpark or on Sundays in the Amsterdamse Bos. An important factor in staying injury free is to also de supplementary strength training. We do this twice a month at the Vondelgym.
